Open Letter to the European Commission on the follow-up of the June 2016 EU Council Conclusions

The open letter by the European Alliance on Responsible R&D and Affordable Medicines is asking the European Commission to ensure a transparent, inclusive and independent process regarding the envisaged evaluation of the IP-related incentives on innovation, accessibility, availability and affordability of medical treatments. This evaluation was is stipulated in the Conclusions of the European Council of Ministers of Health in June 2016. The EATG has also signed the letter.
