Experts from the Kazakhstan Consortium of PLWH were included in the working group on the assessment of the legislative framework and the development of documents for the conclusion of social contracts with the aim of strengthening the implementation of HIV interventions among key affected populations and people living with HIV.

Leaders of PLWH, PWID, SW, MSM communities have the influence on the development of a technical specification and qualification requirements for AIDS-service NGOs, including job descriptions for social and outreach workers and peer consultants for participation in the state social order competitions.
