Co-chairman of the ECUO PLWH. Civil society activist, human rights defender and international expert on access to treatment of HIV, TB and viral hepatitis. He is one of the leaders of the advocacy movement for the rights of people living with HIV in 15 countries of the Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Moreover, he is founder of the national and international non-governmental organizations of PLWH, with which the UN agencies, EU and U.S. institutions have been collaborating for 15 years already.  He made an outstanding contribution in ending HIV/AIDS epidemic in Ukraine and the EECA countries.
