On 28 April 2017, UNAIDS will conduct a Multi-stakeholder consultation to discuss the findings and recommendations of the Global Review Panel (GRP) on the new Operating Model of the UNAIDS Joint Program. In preparation for the Multi-stakeholder consultation, the NGO Delegation to the UNAIDS Program Coordinating Board (PCB) solicited inputs and comments from civil society and community partners on a 10-Key Messages document to the GRP.

This is an advocacy document that will be used for the April 28 Multi-stakeholder consultation and beyond.
